Coaching platform
ThriveOS is for people looking for a mentor and for admins who run a coaching practice — including a solo coach, or HR placing employees. Seekers request a published coach. Practices invite, take intake, and assign. After the pair exists, the work is one roadmap, a private thread, and meetings on Google or Outlook.
Seeking a coach
MayaI need a leadership coach, not another course.
MayaSarah’s page fits. I’ll request her.

Public coach index when you publish — invite-only when you don’t.
Find a coach
Browse published coaches, request one with your goals, and wait for that coach to accept. No AI matching, no listed prices, no picking a time slot here.
Open the public index and filter by specialty. Only coaches a practice admin has published appear.
Pick one coach and send a request with intake — goals, topic, and an optional note. One pending request at a time. This is a request, not a booking.
The coach accepts. That creates your mentee seat and the pair. Admin is notified and can reassign later.
Run a practice
Closed and company programs stay invite-only. Admin or coach emails a mentee, collects intake, and a human admin assigns. Same pair workspace as a seeker who came in from the index.
Admin or coach emails a mentee. They join with email and password, including confirmation.
After sign-in the mentee fills goals and topic. Until a coach is assigned, they see a waiting screen.
Admin matches them to one coach from the waiting list. That creates the pair — one active coach per mentee.
Practice roles
Admin sees the whole practice. A coach sees assigned mentees and inbound requests. A mentee sees only their coach. A seeker has no practice seat until a coach accepts. One role per person, except a solo owner who is admin and coach.
The whole practice
Invite coaches and mentees, assign invited people, publish who appears on Find a coach. Not in the private thread. A solo owner can also be the coach.
Assigned mentees, plus inbound requests
Accept a seeker’s request, write the roadmap, message the pair, connect Google or Outlook, keep a public profile the admin may publish.
One coach, one workspace
Arrive by invite or by requesting a published coach. Complete intake, view the roadmap, send messages, join meetings. One active pair at a time.
Index and publish
The public index is a list of coaches a practice has published — not a gig marketplace. No reviews, no prices, no take-rate. A private firm or an HR program simply publishes nobody.
Coaching domains
Whether you run tech mentoring, fitness coaching, or life coaching — ThriveOS is the pair workspace. Domain is a label on the coach.
Coding skills, system design, or a transition into tech — coaches label their specialty; seekers request, or the practice assigns.
Career transitions, interviews, raises, and executive presence inside a structured pair workspace.
Workout programs, nutrition, and accountability — same OS whether the domain is gym or desk.
Stress, habits, sleep, and sustainable routines tracked on a coach-written roadmap.
Fundraising, go-to-market, and product strategy with meetings on the calendar you already use.
Meaningful goals, confidence, and life design — domain is a label on the coach, not a separate product.
Platform
Two doors in. One workspace for the pair — roadmap, messages, and coach-created meetings.
Coach writes goals and milestones. Mentee sees the same plan and cannot edit it. Status stays visible to both.
One thread on the pair. Coach or mentee can send; the other gets an email. Admin stays out.
Coach connects Google or Outlook, creates when, length, and agenda. ThriveOS writes the event and stores the Meet or Teams link.
Admin publishes who is findable. Seekers search by specialty and request — no reviews, no prices, no take-rate.
Visible only to the assigned coach and admin. No public mentee profiles.
Invite then admin assigns, or a seeker requests a published coach and that coach accepts. Intake sits on both paths.
Practice-level trail for admin: invites, assigns, and key events in one place.
One role per person, except a solo owner who is admin and coach. Home after sign-in matches the seat.
In practice
Illustrative stories for the five cases — seeker, invited mentee, practice admin, solo coach, and a company program.
For coaches
Join a practice by invite, or start one as a solo coach who is also admin. When the practice publishes you, seekers can request you. You set the plan; the OS keeps meetings and messages with the pair.
Session fees between coach and mentee stay off-platform. The practice pays ThriveOS for admin and coach seats. Mentees are free.
Pricing
The organisation pays ThriveOS for admin and coach seats. Mentees (invited or inbound) are free. Money between coach and mentee stays off-platform. 7-day free trial on paid plans.

FAQ
Two paths. Invited: accept an email, complete intake, wait; an admin assigns one coach. Seeking: browse published coaches, send one request with intake; that coach accepts. Both end in the same pair workspace.
It is a public coach index owned by practices — search and request, no reviews, no listed prices, no take-rate. A practice that publishes nobody stays invite-only.
ThriveOS does not certify coaches. A practice invites the coaches it trusts. Each coach sets photo, bio, and specialties. Admin chooses who is published.
Yes. An admin can end the current pair and assign a new coach. Roadmap items, meetings, and messages stay with the pair they belonged to; the new pair starts fresh. A mentee has one active pair at a time.
No. You request a coach. After they accept, the coach creates the meeting on Google or Outlook. Video happens in Meet or Teams via that calendar link.
The pair’s message thread is private to coach and mentee — admin is not in the thread. Mentee cards are visible only to the assigned coach and admin. Access follows practice roles after sign-in.
A company program is a practice: HR is admin, employees are mentees (invite and/or they request a published coach). There is no separate enterprise SKU, SSO, or departments in v1.
Get invited by a practice admin, or start a practice as a solo coach who is also admin. Complete your profile. Admin publishes you to Find a coach if they want inbound requests.
The practice subscribes to ThriveOS via Stripe. Billing is per admin and coach seat; mentees are free. Payments between coach and mentee for sessions stay off-platform.
v1 is web-first. Phones use the browser. There is no native iOS or Android app yet.
Seekers request a published coach. Admins invite, assign, and choose who is findable. After the pair exists, the work lives in one workspace.
